No I am not a doctor but I have worked on many many medical staff including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nurses and more who all took arnica before their PMU procedure. Any procedure.
IT MINIMIZES TISSUE RESPONSE. ALMOST NO SWELLING, BRUISING, REDNESS & more.
Means you can work on clients longer and have better color retention because the tissue isn't so traumatized.

I have been amazed over the years the noticeable difference when arnica is used by when a client has NOT taken it.
Even if you only stick one of the little Arnica pellets under your tongue a day for a few days before your procedure it helps. I've had clients told me that they did more than one little arnica pellet a couple of times a day before their procedure as well. It's completely personal discretion how much the client wants to take but take enough. ❤
