Fred spent years attending the legislative sessions to advocate for Idahoans with disabilities.

Wednesday February 7, Fred Riggers Disability Advocacy Day, is an opportunity for individuals with disabilities, caregivers, families and organizations to go to the State Capitol and advocate just like Fred.

We are calling on youth and their families who have experienced residential care in Idaho!
