What a crazy way to come into the Thanksgiving weekend. Over the last week, I've had a transaction nearly fall through due to financing, some creativity to fix said financing, a listing closed that was supposed to close two months ago, but was delayed due to a death, took in a new listing and went pending within 2 days of being on the market... I'm tired, but this turkey won't cook itself

Had quite the weekend over on the Oregon coast celebrating the marriage of Thomas Burdell and Katie Scarlett Evans. The ceremony was great and the after party was perfect.
