❤️Write and Release: Write down any thoughts or feelings related to the gossip or negativity you’ve encountered. Once written, safely burn the paper (or tear it into pieces and dispose of it), symbolizing the release of these toxic energies. 🔥✍️
❤️Visualize and Affirm: Close your eyes and visualize a bright, protective light surrounding you. As you breathe deeply, affirm to yourself: “I am surrounded by positivity and clarity. I let go of negativity and welcome peace and growth.” 🌟💫
