We did it!!!! Thank you Michael, Darrel , Chris and Brit. Couldn't have done it without your help. 60 gallons of RIS is brewed and fermenting away. There is also 20 gallons of fresh apple cider fermenting as well. That's 100 gallons bubbling away!!! We might need co2 alarms....

Well, its been quite a while... but i am finally brewing again! My work has slowed down enough to allow some brew time. So how do i kick it off? By brewing 60 gallons of RIS! That's how!!! This will all go into a Woodinville Whiskey Co. barrel for future consumption of course. I couldnt do it without the help of my fellow brewers though! Thanks Mike, Darrel, Cody and Chris! And of course... I definitely could not do it without the help of my wonderful Lovely Lady. Thank you Brit!!
