We found Summit Life after seeing Dr. Price’s posts about speech delays and the nervous system.

Killian was almost 3. He had reached every milestone within the “normal range,” but he still wasn’t talking much. At parks he’d run instead of play, struggled to focus, hurt himself when frustrated, fought sleep, and always seemed overstimulated. I didn’t think he had a diagnosis... I just knew something wasn’t right.

I wasn’t sure chiropractic care could help. But after meeting Dr. Price, seeing Killian’s INSiGHT Scans, and having every question answered, I finally felt like I wasn’t crazy. For the first time, I understood there could be a neurological reason behind what we were seeing. Instead of feeling dismissed, I finally felt heard and hopeful.

The beginning wasn’t easy. Killian hated the scans, adjustments, and even the stickers. We didn’t notice changes right away, but we trusted the plan because we finally understood why.

About 2½ weeks later, things started shifting. He talked more, became less aggressive, and stopped running off everywhere we went. Soon he was asking for his sticker and running to the adjustment table on his own. Those little victories became reminders that healing takes time.

Today, a year into maintenance care, he’s speaking in full sentences, sleeping without a fight, playing at parks for hours, calming himself down, and no longer living in constant overwhelm. I can even cut his hair now, something that used to be an all-out battle.

He’s simply not the same little boy who walked through those doors.

Looking back, so many things we thought were just part of his personality were actually signs his nervous system needed support. Understanding that changed everything for our family.
