Most of the time when I go to photograph a new house, I don’t know what I’m walking into. It’s always fun to be pleasantly surprised with a stunner. One of my favorite things to do is envision how I would decorate things if I was the one moving in.

Not much to change when there is a knotty pine vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors and a brick fireplace involved!

I got to photograph a stunner yesterday! Would you look at that island countertop? My life goals are to have empty kitchen counter tops, so when I shoot a clutter-free house, it makes my Type A, Virgo heart happy!
