produced one of the wildest saves ever seen at the Isle of Man TT during the 2017 Senior TT after nearly losing control at Ballagarey Corner, one of the fastest and most dangerous sections of the entire course.
At well over 150 mph, Hillier’s Kawasaki violently stepped out as the bike went airborne over the crest yet somehow, he managed to wrestle it back underneath him while the bars were slapping side to side and the rear of the bike was completely unsettled.
The moment happened at Ballagarey, a section riders nickname “Balla-Scary” for obvious reasons. What makes it even crazier is that Hillier stayed in the race and still finished 4th in the Senior TT afterward.
With TT 2026 officially kicking off today, expect another two weeks of insane moments from the world’s most dangerous motorcycle race.
