Real talk 🫶🏻👇🏻

When I started my health journey, I thought I had to fix my symptoms. They were loud. Constipation, painful acne, insomnia, weight gain, inflammation. I felt miserable in my body, so I assumed each symptom needed its own solution.

That belief cost me years.

I chased answers everywhere. Doctors. Protocols. Labs. Supplements. Food rules. Cutting things out. Fixing one problem at a time while my body stayed stressed, exhausted and overwhelmed.

I was hyper-focused on parts of myself instead of my whole body.

And nothing stuck. The turning point came when I finally admitted this couldn’t be how health was supposed to feel. Healing shouldn’t be this complicated, expensive or miserable.

So I stopped chasing symptoms and started over. I focused on nourishment instead of restriction. Safety instead of control. Foundations instead of fixes. I learned how to listen to my body instead of outsourcing it.

That’s when everything changed.

My symptoms eased. My energy came back. Food stopped feeling like a fight. I felt at home in my body again without tracking, restricting or forcing anything.

Because my symptoms were never isolated problems. They were whole-body signals asking me to slow down and pay attention.

Today, I help women avoid this exact mistake I made.
