If you have been to our hometown, Boise, Idaho, you have probably seen our Global Headquarters. Our headquarters tells a story of where we’ve been and where we are going. Here are just a few of the details that make it unique:

- Our HQ is heated by geothermal energy! The entire building uses the earth’s natural heat, which helps reduce our environmental impact.

-Smart lighting and shade systems keep the building nice and cool. Window shades automatically adjust with the sun, and sensors keep lighting at a steady level throughout the day. This setup, combined with LED lights and natural sunlight, lowers energy use by about 35 percent compared to traditional office buildings!

-History is in all the little details. Many wooden tables throughout the building are made from reclaimed boards from our Caldwell potato processing plant. Stone used throughout the interior from the building comes from Idaho, including pieces from Table Rock right here in Boise.

-We even got creative with our recycling! The Boise HQ's cafeteria gets in on sustainability with chairs made from 100 percent recycled Coke bottles.
