Celebrate Mardi Gras on March 5th.

Join this class and learn to make your own gumbo, jambalaya, and hush puppies. You’ll also make four other classic dishes, including Mississippi mud cake.

And, of course, as soon as we make all this terrific food, we have to sit down and eat it.

After we savor the fruits of our creation, you'll take home a container of jambalaya and one of gumbo, as well as a booklet of the class recipes - and loads of Mardi Gras beads. :D

Come hungry! Just bring an apron and an appetite - and be willing to have an adventure.

Hello, kitchen adventurers!

I'm teaching a mozzarella cheese seminar at the Meridian Public Library this Friday (June 30th) at 6:30 PM.

If you haven't taken mozzarella yet - or you want to brush up on your cheesemaking skills - join us. I'll have yummy cheese to munch on, as well as my first-place award winning pickled asparagus and salsas.
