New pocket door and entry from living room into kitchen- closing off existing entry.
Full kitchen remodel.
Frame in new slider and windows in family room.
Remove Walls and ceiling in basement for new wiring and plumbing. Remove small basement window and excavate/cut concrete to allow for new 38” x 48” egress window. Fur out exterior basement walls for new insulation. Frame out new, ‘Euro bed’ with scones and shelves in basement cubby to save room.
Should be a nice remodel....

Current project. Restoration work for this 2400 sqft subterranean home. 3’ of soil (roof) was excavated 5 years ago to redo the moisture barrier. Doing interior restoration work now. Replacing Sheetrock, fixing doors and trim and having the whole interior painted, before it goes on the market.
