one slow day at China Inn last week. i decided to cook my lunch and figure out the nutrition values in it. i didn't know i was eating this healthy! And tasted great. This is from our "lo fat stir fry menu", where you can create your own dish and flavoring/sauces. I'll be trying out new variations and let you all know.

Mark, Angie, and Jacob. After almost 15 years of eating at China Inn. Mark discovered a new favorite, homemade potato logs.
