This weekends special (The Spin’cione), brought to you by Griffin, is inspired by Sicilian sfincione. Made with stewed onions in tomato sauce and topped with breadcrumbs and caciocavallo cheese. This pizza is saucy and umami with a little crunch. Our version is a little non traditional but we think that you’ll love it.

Shakshuka Pizza with tomato curry, schug, scallions, parsley, feta, house cheese blend, and a poached egg.

Add a side of spicy labne for the crust if you like a little dipping action at the end.
