Loving yourself & others no matter what takes self-care and most importantly part-care.

In the act of caring pause you pave the way for your inherent life force energy to flow through neglected parts of your being.

As you watch your thoughts settle, your radiant self-energy becomes apparent in the wholeness of you.

I have leaned in on self-care big time during the past year and helped busy professionals, CEO’s and leaders to embrace quality self-care pauses.

I learnt that

I don’t need to cognitively understand all parts of me that need attention. Some parts remain nonverbal and only energy.

Parts of me that have felt unseen, neglected or forgotten for a while sometimes took time to respond to self-care.

True self-care can’t be rushed. Rushing through relaxation kind of beats the purpose. Pausing and becoming still even if for 3 minutes is essential.

Self-care works best without timeline & agenda. Just showing up again & again, without asking “are we there yet?”, to be fully present is key.

Allowing my Self to care for my parts restored wholeness and brought forward love from my parts to me, to each other and to all.

Solitude and community are both important. Creating quiet time alone allows for deepening & integration. Connecting with like minded peers & mentors is inspiring and expanding.

I’m excited to spearhead such inspiration and expansion in collaboration with my dear friend and colleague Theresa Walsh Velendzas

Your Eroticism is a powerful source of joy, passion, creation and desired change.

It is not a toy to take lightly.

Rather a magnificent wild beast that

has the capacity to devour you

sweep you off your center

or

become an incredible guide to the depth of your personal power.
Exploring the erotic has been an incredible teacher in my life.

Every time I embraced the calling of the wild it opened up well-being, abundance and new possibilities.

It taught me to be

✳️brave and open,

✳️to communicate with clarity
and without apologies as to what feels nourishing and a no in the moment

✳️ to trust and surrender

✳️ and to be curious

✳️ and patient

✳️ to understand that the wild is vulnerable and sacred

✳️ and it’s important to surround it with gentle care.

There are so many ways to connect and nourish the wild inside and outside of ourselves.

Make room for your desires in big and small ways.

It does not even have to be sexual.

Indulge your senses

Seek pleasure and notice the joy in the mundane.

Notice when your body lights up or tingles - and use it as guide to show you what’s good for you.
