Kind Bud and Dro are the oldest i can remember. We used to call things “piff” and “exotic” before strain specifics became popular. Back then it was really all about nose and bag appeal. When household names like Blue Dream & GDP became widespread it really started teaching people how to identify a specific strain based on terps and appearance. Personally (i know) and i feel like a lot of that “sour diesel” you remember, was actually just some stinky kush. If you ever grew sour diesel you really got to know the terps for real & know what im saying.

And then when the kush/platinums came around it ruined everything, dont even get me started———i could go on for days

I want to see the people i know opening stores here not SNOOP DOGG AND CHEECH &CHONG WTF? Is this really what we want to be seeing? Less corporate, more small business please! Key word here is REBRANDED. It obviously didnt work, so what do you do when you have a lot of $ to waste? You just rebrand your mids!

Why is Massachusetts (specifically Boston) so anti-small business?

Ive seen the scene all over the world now, Boston or Massachusetts easily has the one lacking the most culture. Even major cities like NYC, LA, Amsterdam, Barcelona all seem to be years ahead law and innovation wise. Massachusetts is all about the money & who you know, you gotta be corporate to play in the big league. Don’t we deserve better? Massachusetts could be pushing the needle but its too focused on pushing out 7eleven corporate style sushi (mids)… 😮‍💨
