Why science needs strong mentors Scientist mentors describe how supporting junior colleagues alongside many other responsibilities is a true labour of love.

⚠️ Seeking mentors for supporting and inspiring the future generations of talent ⚠️

· What? Become a mentor/idea-knowledge facilitator in a non-profit program to accelerate the career success of students in Europe

· Why? Promote international knowledge flow and students career success while enriching your CV with the experience

· How? Providing students with the career advice and support throughout e-mentoring sessions

· When? From December 2021 to June 2022

Yesterday we held the VII IMFAHE’s International Conference! 🥳 We’re so glad for your participation and hope that you enjoyed the event!

In brief, we had > 550 connections from 16 countries and four continents to learn what IMFAHE have built in the past year, together with universities Universidad de Málaga Universidad de Sevilla Universidad de Valladolid Universidad de Oviedo Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes Universidad de La Laguna Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) Universidade de Aveiro Universidade do Minho and Fomento San Sebastián.

IMFAHE International Conference 2021

Two days left until the IMFAHE's VII International Conference! 📅🚀

The second half of the event is equally exciting! 🥁

We will discover more about the work of some selected IMFAHE's participants during the oral presentations, and then highly successful mentors will host the Speed International Mentoring.

Lastly, the awardees will be announced, and Zafira Castaño, President of IMFAHE, will close the event with final remarks about the present and future of international education and innovation.
