Creamy Cheesy Beef Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients

12 oz (340 g) bowtie pasta
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add the garlic and butter, then cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Reduce the heat to low and gradually add the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked bowtie pasta and toss until fully coated in the cheesy beef sauce.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
