Westwood project update! 🚧
Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:
✅ Connected to town water
✅ Decommissioned existing water well
✅ Poured foundation for the extension
✅ Laid down new drainage pipes

252 Lexington Ave U4 has been approved by the City of Cambridge! ✅

On 2/20/2025 the Cambridge City Council passed a residential zoning addendum that establishes a new base zoning height for residential neighborhoods of 45’, up from the prior 35’. This addendum is aimed to support housing supply in the 7 sq mi city.
Progress at 252 Lexington Ave Fresh Pond is currently paused pending approval from the Planning Board of an additional 4th floor unit. Below are some photos are the project so far.
