Hello, friends! Just here to remind you that it’s ok not to be ok. Do what you need to do to heal. My hooman and I take lots of naps (me because I’m a cat and her because she struggles with fatigue from and ). I sit in her lap while she watches funny shows. I keep her company when she is on her laptop looking for jobs and going to telehealth appointments.

This time of year can be fun (I have fun chewing on the tree even though I’m not supposed to and jumping into cardboard boxes)! It can also be hard, and that’s ok. Wishing you comfort and peace this holiday season, wherever you are and however you celebrate (or don’t celebrate). Remember:
