Before leaving for vacation, a woman asked her brother to stay at her apartment and look after her cat. To make things easier, he decided to live there during her absence so the pet wouldn’t be alone.
On his very first day, everything went wrong.
The man suddenly fell ill — a raging fever, a blocked nose, and a deep, painful cough. Barely able to stand, he dragged himself to the bed and collapsed, hoping for rest.
That’s when the screaming started.
The cat howled from the kitchen, loud and relentless. Using the last of his strength, the man stumbled out, filled the food bowl, refreshed the water, and went back to bed.
