Yes, I'm talking about your p*e today.
There's nothing our body's do this immediate or this clearly to tell us when we're lacking something in our diet. For example, protein deficiencies take forever. But hydration - nah, it's literally like 'hold my beer'.
Clients will ask me all the time, 'do you think I'm getting enough water?' And I answer their question with a question (everyone's favorite) - 'well, what color is your urine lately?'
Slide 3 has my two key tips, one of which is to increase your fluid by 8 ounces per week. Why you ask? It takes our kidneys and bladders time to adapt to high fluid intake. We don't want you living in the bathroom on your quest to better hydration, now do we?
