We are seeking a detail-oriented ICQA Associate to support inventory accuracy and quality control in a high-volume warehouse environment. If you have strong inventory experience and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Must be flexible and available to work Saturdays & overtime as needed
• Support all processes related to inventory accuracy
• Perform warehouse bin audits & maintain shrink control
• Utilize Order Management Systems & material handling equipment
• Investigate inventory discrepancies & bin variances
• Research problem orders and receipts
• Maintain accurate system entries
• Uphold quality standards across multiple functions
• Additional duties as assigned

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Order Management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility
• Basic clerical & data entry skills
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Forklift/material handling equipment experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
