GINGER BUG PRESS IS HIRING!

we are officially looking for a managing editor to join our team! the managing editor will work in close collaboration with the editor-in-chief (Lip) to manage day-to-day operations of the press. this role is new and evolving, with a lot of room for self determination based on personal interest/skill set, but will include editorial work, project management, and working directly with artists. a full job description and application instructions can be found at the link in our bio!

PLEASE NOTE: this is an unpaid, volunteer position!! my (lip’s) dream is to get the press to a spot where we can afford to pay staff a small stipend, but it’s not feasible at this moment. we also have a strong preference for folks in the boston area (more hands to staple books/table markets) but are open to remote candidates as well if the fit is right!!
