That’s exactly why we created the Rising Leaders Conference. Join ALPFA Boston for a full day of practical workshops, inspiring speakers, and meaningful networking designed to help you grow your career with intention.✨

Last month, we brought together students and professionals for an evening centered on growth, connection, and opportunity through ALPFA Boston’s Suited for Growth.

What made the event meaningful was not just the conversations on stage, but the conversations happening throughout the room. Students had the opportunity to engage directly with professionals across industries, ask honest questions about career paths, and begin building relationships that can shape what comes next.

Too often, early career success is framed around resumes alone. But access matters. Exposure matters. Confidence matters. Events like this are designed to help bridge that gap by creating spaces where students can learn, connect, and see themselves in rooms they may not have imagined before.

Thank you again to John Hancock, the panelists, and everyone who attended, shared their experiences, and invested time into supporting the next generation of leaders. We are grateful to the speakers, volunteers, and partners who helped make the evening possible and contributed to creating a space centered on connection, growth, and opportunity.

We are excited to continue building spaces that create opportunity, foster connection, and support long-term professional growth across our community.
