It's no secret, people are facing challenging times right now.

Some lost their job or business. Those with jobs are experiencing changes. Leads and deals are slow.

It's easy to be affected by the doom and gloom. I can't say I've been totally unscathed. There have been a few hard days. But I feel a change a-coming...

Starting today, I'm committed to turning things around. I'm declaring that 2023 will be the hugest year of my life. I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to reach my goals.

Who's with me ???

Here's 3 things that have helped me, that I hope might help somebody else today:

1 - Music. Put on some music that motivates you. For me, some playlists and records remind me of other times in my life that I had to overcome. Turn it up loud and re-focus.

2 - Exercise. I know how hard it is to get to the gym. Sometimes, as we work from home or in cubicles, all it takes is a walk on our favorite path to get the juices flowing and get a jolt of energy.

3 - Fun. There's a pool table in my building. I love engaging my brain in something besides work or paying bills, or whatever other productive activity. Create some art. Write something.

Now let's go crush this year.... and don't forget to bring someone up with you!!!
