🌸I took the last two weeks off and I needed it!! I felt emotionally and spiritually exhausted. I didn’t feel like I could show up to my sessions at full capacity, so I knew it was time to hold space for myself.

🌸I celebrated my 31st birthday, I spent countless hours snuggling Sunnie, I wrote three chapters of my novel, and I finally finished Lord Of The Flies for my Father-Daughter book club. I hated it, but now I can finally start reading the books I want to lol Oh! And SO many beach days!!

🌸On this break I learned a lot about what my next phase of healing looks like and how I need to show up for myself like I do for others. This healing journey is never over. We are constantly changing and growing. It can be daunting, but I think it’s the most beautiful part of being human 🤍
