I sat with this before recording.

Because this isn’t just about policy.
It’s about people.
Belonging.
Whose voice is heard—and whose is not.

We are watching something erode that generations fought to build.

And I keep coming back to this:

If you benefit from the system, you are responsible for changing it.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But intentionally. Courageously. Together.

This is the work.
