After 20 wonderful years and the family said their last goodbyes to the space at 282 Derby yesterday 🥺 we’ve made such great memories and have come to know and love some incredibly wonderful patrons, friends, and now family. We cannot begin to thank all of our Cilantro patrons and friends for the outpouring of love and years of support you’ve shown our little restaurant. We will never forget it or any of you. Congrats to Chef Esther for twenty years in this crazy business, we are all so immensely proud of you 💜 that’s all for now folks ✌🏻

We appreciate this more than you know! This space was like a second home not only to our business but also to our family and our friends and patrons as well - we can only hope that this little piece of downtown Salem will do the same for All Souls and it’s future patron family! We wish All Souls the best of luck at 282 Derby!

We are most excited to move into our space and make it our own, but cannot do so without acknowledging those who came before us. Over the last two decades has shared with us her authentic cooking and vibrant energy at Cilantro Salem and she will be greatly missed by this community. Congratulations to her and her family for an astounding 20 years on the block - we can only hope to be so lucky in our new venture and wish you all the best in yours!
