General Superintendent Gavin MacPherson and our team at Boston Logan International Airport always are. And once again, our Suffolk team overcame the impossible to deliver a seamless result for the Massachusetts Port Authority. Check out this video to hear Gavin break down how we used one of the largest mobile cranes in the country to build a new roof at the airport's Terminal E, without stopping flights or disrupting building operations.
Thanks to our partners at Massport for their close collaboration and support on this project, along with the crane operators at Maxim Crane Works, LP and the steel experts at The Marr Companies for their efforts on this significant milestone.

Every Suffolk builder has a special patch on their uniform: the American flag. And to remind all of us why we wear this patch with pride, we have a plaque with these messages in all our jobsite trailers. We want our people to remember the meaning they carry with them each day — a meaning that's especially important as we celebrate our country's 250th anniversary.
Because at the end of the day, this isn't just a uniform.

Congratulations to our Suffolk New York team on the successful topping out of the new inpatient building at White Plains Hospital (WPH), a major milestone for this healthcare expansion project in Westchester County.
The team safely placed approximately 4,800 tons of steel using two tower cranes, demonstrating incredible coordination throughout the process. Special thanks to our trade partners Canam and Stonebridge for their dedication and collaboration.
Once complete, the 10-story, 480,000-square-foot expansion will nearly double the size of White Plains Hospital, adding 240 private inpatient rooms, a dedicated operating room floor with space for state-of-the-art ORs, and a new Emergency Department that will more than double the size of the current ED.
Suffolk is proud to help deliver this world-class facility for White Plains Hospital.

Suffolk Estero's School District of Lee County Alva High School project team was proud to welcome students from the Junior Achievement of South Florida Pre-Apprenticeship Program (JA PAP), which exposes high school students to a variety of career pathways to help them make informed decisions about their futures.
Our team educated the group about the construction process through BIM demonstrations, including clash detection, project sequencing, and an overview of upcoming tilt-wall and structural steel operations. Students also experienced the jobsite firsthand through UTV tours of active work areas, giving them a closer look at the many trades and disciplines that bring a project to life.
A special thank you to B&I Contractors, Inc and Bright Future Electric LLC for sharing their insights. At Suffolk, we believe building stronger communities means investing in the next generation of construction professionals and creating pathways for them to learn and succeed.
