I'm so excited for their move and am so happy we were able to negotiate the purchase price down by $200k from their asking and nearly $400k off the original asking price! There were some slight hiccups but with our great team, we had were able to close timely!

The home is beautiful and I'm so happy for their family to be able to enjoy such an immaculate and spectacular build. And to be able to take advantage of a great public school system as well!
