Tess Alonge: Tess currently works at Hercules Capital, Inc. as an analyst in technology. She recently graduated from Northeastern University in 2020. She has previously worked at firms such as GE Aviation and Jeffries in financial management and trading.

Ryan Lee: Ryan is a senior analyst at Advantage Capital where he works to source, fundraise, perform due diligence, and assist in the underwriting for Advantage Capital, a multi-strategy impact investment fund. He has previously worked at MFS Investment Management and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Aarambh Pradhan: Aarambh is currently a business analyst at Thumbtack, where he works to connect millions of people with local professionals for their projects. He has previously worked in core assurance at PwC and in prime brokerage at Morgan Stanley.

Katrina Haase: Katrina is a Starlink Market Access analyst at SpaceX. She has previously worked as a research fellow at the Antonio Núñez Jiménez Foundation and as part of the State and Local government team at McKinsey & Company.

Joanna Zanghi: Joanna is currently an analyst at Sozo Ventures. She has previously worked in institutional sales and sales trading at Mizuho Securities and in Digital Transformation at Salesforce.

Lily Trager: Lily is the current Director of Investing with Impact and Head of Impact Solutions for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. She is responsible for developing investment portfolios, analysis, client & Financial Advisor education and tools such as impact reporting to help those she works with meet long-term financial objectives while generating positive environmental and social impact. She has also founded the Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE) initiative which works to connect and share the purpose of sustainable impact investing and women’s leadership globally.

Navjeet Bal: Navjeet is currently the Managing Director and General Counsel at Social Finance, Inc. where she works to develop and implement pay-for-success contracts or social impact bonds in areas across the United States. She has previous experience as a public finance lawyer in Massachusetts and was previously part of the Commissioner of Revenue in Governor Patrick’s administration, which has given her great insight into the financial resource and Social Finance challenges facing governments.

Lara Metcalf: Lara is currently the CFO/COO at The Engine, which is an organization investing in long-term capital in tech startups that have the potential to impact climate change, human health and advanced systems. She has had previous experience on Wall Street at firms like Goldman Sachs where she worked extensively on fixed income deals.

Marjorie Winfrey: Marjorie is currently a Research Analyst at Wellington Management where she works to build sustainability into investment processes, improve impact measurement and management and provide company research with a sustainability lens.

David Gough: David is currently the Senior Vice President and CFO at Grameen America, Inc. which is an organization dedicated to helping women who live in poverty build small businesses by offering micro loans, training and support to fight poverty in the United States.

Sarah Adeel: Sarah is currently the Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Lead at Kiva where she helps to manage an on-line crowdfunding platform for startups and small businesses. She also works to spearhead cross-functional teams, product, legal, finance, and marketing to drive sales. She has extensive experience regarding building communities and managing cross-functional teams to encourage social impact.

Andrew Droste: Andrew currently acts as Board Advisory Specialist in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at Russell Reynolds Associates. He is also a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law. He works to advise public and private companies on strategy and risk oversight regarding ESG issues including reporting and engagement priorities. He is an expert in corporate governance and sustainability with expertise in board oversight alignment with stakeholders and ESG risks, proxy voting policies and procedures, and more. He has previously worked at firms like Nuveen and BNY Mellon, focusing on corporate stewardship and governance policy regarding ESG issues.

Mitali Prasad: Mitali currently is an ESG portfolio manager and equity analyst at Trillium Asset Management. She has extensive experience and a proven record in managing equity portfolios, including sector allocation, stock selection, and risk management as well as client reviews and business development. She has experience in Fundamental and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) analysis across multiple industry sectors. She has previously worked at firms like Babson Capital Management and OFI Institutional Asset Management performing fundamental research across multiple industry sectors.

Nelson Chu: Nelson is the founder and CEO of Cadence, a platform for digital securitization and an investment platform for private credit. Cadence works to streamline the securitization process for specialty finance originators at every stage of growth. He has several years of experience at investment management firms, including Bank of America and BlackRock where he has worked in Business Management & Analysis, as well as in fixed income portfolio management. He is a three-time company founder, having founded Lumenary, MySupport and now Cadence.
