💼 Position: Java Lead Developer
🔹 Experience Required
✔️ Total Java Experience: 6.5 – 8 Years
✔️ Banking Domain Experience: 3+ Years
✔️ Payment Gateway Experience: 2+ Years
✔️ Team Management & Technical Leadership: 2+ Years

🔧 Job Responsibilities & Requirements
🔹 7+ Years of experience in Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Security, and REST API Development
🔹 Strong proficiency in Hibernate/JPA, including transaction management and lazy/eager loading
🔹 3+ Years of experience in the Banking Domain or Payment Gateway Services Development & Maintenance
🔹 Hands-on experience with MySQL, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, and Agile methodologies
🔹 Knowledge of security protocols and API authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and Tokenization
🔹 Exposure to Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, or other messaging queues is desirable
🔹 Lead development activities, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance
🔹 Ensure application scalability, performance, and security best practices
