ZHUZH: (verb) to make something more lively and interesting, stylish or appealing through slight change or small alterations. As in “we zhuzhed this newly listed 2-bedroom condo, offered at $3,195,000 in less than 3 hours”.

Orange and pink are my favorite colors, so when I can grab them both in one frame, I’m gonna stop and take the shot. Never disappoints.

Sometimes, it begins with a blank slate so a collaborative vision keeps things on track. Carefully planned details such as the exact placement and cut of the backsplash and the custom-designed hood meant there were no surprises and kept things moving to meet the goal. Who knew painter’s tape could have so many uses?

This home had been on the market for quite some time without success. When my friend Patti Reilly Revelli got the listing and reached out, I was excited to help! Of course, in a perfect world, from my perspective, there were still things that could have been done to put it over the top but it's a fine line when it comes to home staging, taking out things and then asking to replace others. It can be confusing, overwhelming and very stressful not to mention time-consuming and expensive. The best part of this project for me, was that the whole thing was done remotely, all via photos and FaceTime. I never stepped foot in the house. With the help of an agent who understands and values the importance of professional staging and photography by Kerry Howell, I was very confident it would be a success! After listing it, the home received multiple offers in just a few short days and now everyone is happy and can "move" on!
