We introduced our Venipuncture Skill Building Initiative and held our first workshop earlier this year and it was a huge success! Maura, our pedi RN, led the workshop and reviewed the importance of learning this skill for self-infusion. Our team and attendees practiced on a dummy arm, built confidence, and even had some great first‑time venipuncture access attempts. We’re already looking forward to hosting our second workshop.
