7 shootings in 7 days. Asian hate crime. Mental health, racism, gun violence at what point is it enough to change things? On a soul level need to heal our country, we need to heal ourselves. Practically, it’s embarrassing that the gun legislation and the laws around domestic terrorism and racism haven’t been updated. The NRA needs reform... just because you have money and lobbyists shouldn’t mean that you get to destroy the fabric of our country. The system is due for some transformation.

Tomorrow morning a few of us are heading out to the Blue Hills for a nature walk! We will learn how to build a fire... if you’ve never built one yourself this is a skill that connects you to nature.
