Studio Luz Architects

The Studio Luz team recently gathered for our Happy Learning Time session — an office tradition that gives us a chance to step away from our busy work, socialize, and learn from one another. This session focused on AI tools and workflows, exploring how we can best prepare for the ongoing technological revolution and leverage these advancements to enhance our work. The presentation, led by Studio Luz Principal and Co-Founder Anthony J. Piermarini and Designer and Project Manager Joshua L. Ssebuwufu, sparked a great office discussion over drinks, snacks, and music.

From groundbreaking to topping off — 75 Dudley Street is taking shape, and Studio Luz Senior Project Manager Ignacio Lopez Droguett and Associate Taylor Tocci were on site to celebrate and capture photos of this exciting day. We were joined by partners from Madison Park Development Corporation, NEI, and the City of Boston, including District 7 City Councilor Miniard Culpepper and City Councilor At-Large Ruthzee Louijeune.

The 75 Dudley Street Homeownership project, led by Madison Park Development Corporation and designed by Studio Luz, is a four-story affordable condominium development with 15 units and a bike storage room that sits at the highly visible corner of Dudley Street and Guild Row. We're proud to collaborate with MPDC on this project and to join them in their mission to foster a vibrant, healthy Roxbury neighborhood that supports the well-being and advancement of the community.
