Litigation can be a stressful experience for everyone involved, and particularly those with the least experience with the formalities of the process: the clients. When individuals have a personal or financial stake in the outcome of a proceeding, it is crucially important that they arrive prepared for what they will face.

Social Law Library members have access to a great resource to provide guidance for their clients. Use Empower Legal videos to show your clients how to be effective participants in three commonplace settings: depositions, mediations, and trials. These well-produced programs will demonstrate how such legal proceedings unfold and give non-lawyers vital information about their roles in them. Learn More
