Headquartered at 16 Beacon Street across from the historic State House, the Boston Bar is the nation's oldest professional association for lawyers.
Home to over 13,000 members drawn from private practice, in-house legal counsel, government agencies, legal aid organizations, the courts, and Boston-area law schools, the Boston Bar is the hub of Boston's legal profession. We provide our active and engaged members with continuing legal education, professional networking, and leadership opportunities to help push their legal careers to new heights.
