The Momming Worker
Mom of three and wife to one who is trying to balance being an HR leader at a Fortune 50 company with being a mom to a fun, loving, diverse family!
My father in law got one special shirt for his 80th birthday.
Guess who wore it instead.
In my defense, we apparently wear the same size. 🤷🏼♀️

My vacation rule even before I became a content creator?
Always take the pictures. Always.
It takes maybe 10 minutes. The kids may be sweaty (that Florida sun!). Someone may be mid-complaint. And I never, ever regret it!
✨ Here’s the hidden Disney gem most people don’t know about: there’s a professional photo studio on the second floor of the Grand Floridian.
📸 Styled, professional, zero appointment needed - and when you’re done you can hop directly on the monorail. It is genuinely one of those things I recommend to every single person staying on the monorail loop!
We had just come from afternoon tea at The Garden View Lounge, where my son wore a full suit in the Florida heat because he wanted to. And honestly? He was the most dapper person there. 🥹
Stop for the photo. Always stop for the photo. And thanks for following along our current Disney adventures! This is truly our magical happy place.

Every kiddo on that stage had a village behind them.
Today was recital day for Lucy and Lottie, which meant nearly nine hours at Natick High School (🫠), multiple costumes, flowers, snacks, cheering, and a lot of proud tears from the audience!
Watching these two dance never gets old.
I never danced when I was little. I did pretty much EVERY other extra curricular but dance was always something I wish I had done. So getting to watch my girls walk onto a stage with confidence, joy, and genuine love for what they’re doing feels like a gift every single time. ❤️
Today was also a reminder that NONE of this happens because of one person.
JL (Jamie Miller-Hurley ) has spent most of the year getting these girls where they need to be, helping with schedules, costumes, and all the little details that make big days possible. Their teachers at Needham Dance have invested countless hours helping them grow into the dancers they are today. And Teddy spent his Saturday cheering on his sisters, proving once again that he might be their biggest fan. 🥹
As parents, we spend a lot of time talking about how busy we are and how hard we’re working.
Days like today remind me that our kids are working hard too.
The practices.
The rehearsals.
The nerves.
The long days.
The courage to walk onto a stage and perform (!)
Every year they grow a little more. Every year they become a little more confident. Every year I find myself wondering where the time went.
Every kid on that stage had a village behind them.
Today I was feeling especially grateful for ours. 💙🩰
