The Torrington Terriers have had another strong season, ending with a record of 7-4-1! They secured 2nd place overall while competing for the middle school championship. The Torrington Terriers proudly represent the town of Reading. The team’s success can be attributed to their excellent teamwork and the unwavering support of their coaches, including our own Pete Doucet, Director of Development and Construction!

We’ve officially acquired the JCPenny department store space at the Mall at Fox Run! Following five transactions, we are now the sole owners of the nearly 82-acre property, which includes the mall, all of its anchor stores, and the adjacent Newington Park Center. 🛍️✨

We are eager to concentrate on master planning for a large-scale development project, transforming this property into a lively, mixed-use destination on the seacoast. 🎉

We're officially weathertight and siding is underway as we move into the winter season. We're excited to hit this critical milestone and near closer to the end of construction. We'd like to thank Torrington Properties for entrusting in our team to help bring this new development to the City of Portsmouth.
