🔔 ACDC is hiring for two entry-level roles in the Community Design & Planning Department! ✨
👥 The Community Building Associate to lead the organization’s community engagement and organizing efforts in Quincy and Malden. In this role, the Associate will facilitate resident leadership programming and engage ACDC’s building residents in the two geographies.
☀️ The Malden Youth Programs Associate facilitates the Malden School Year A-VOYCE Program and co-facilitates the Summer Leadership Academy, programs that introduce high school students to community development, spatial justice, and Asian American history.

💭 What have the 2025-2026 A-VOYCE Chinatown youths been working on for their final project?
This year, A-VOYCE focused on the theme of Spatial Justice. For their final project, they collaborated with Hudson Street Stoop (HSS) Artist ponnapa prakkamakul () to host a Community Paint Day and designed an interactive hopscotch game.
