As I continue to reflect on , I wanted to share some of the most impactful things I've learned from women throughout my career.

1.) Always be yourself. It doesn't matter your title, the company you work for, or the people you surround yourself with. Be authentic, be honest and speak your truth.

2.) Work life balance isn't something that's "nice to have" it's a must. As women, we tend to multitask and say yes to everything, and while working hard is a great thing, there's also a huge significance to days of rest. Practice saying "no", and learn that it's ok to do nothing so that you can properly recharge.

3.) Support one another! Women have faced enough challenges, we don't need to add tearing each other down to the list. There is enough room in the world for every person, and no matter how hard others may try to compete, there is only 1 YOU. Focus on being the best you can while letting others thrive in their own lane.
