Finished another set of Stretch Therapy workshops at Better Life With Yoga in Oxford, MA. In the first workshop, we used the chair to go over some incredible exercises for your neck and back - excellent for overcoming neck and back pains. In the second workshop, we focused on the lower body, from your feet/toes, calves, quads, all the way to hips. As usual, a great group of students who took time to take care of themselves to build a movable body!

Collaborating with Hotel AKA in Boston, we did a special class for the Boston Marathon coming up the day after. At a beautiful space arranged by the hotel, the students had a great time working on the exercises that are beneficial for the runners and alike!

Finished two more Stretch Therapy Boston workshops at Better Life With Yoga in Oxford today! The first workshop focused on hip mobility. The second workshop focused on neck and shoulders, which would help address neck and back pains. Both of them were packed with hardworking students to work toward moving with grace and ease. Happy New Year!
As a new year's motivation, here is a practice reference for a conditioning routine. It is a “light” sequence, although it depends on your goals and activity level.
You are recommended to explore the numbers of reps and sets that work for you. Start slow and build it up gradually. For example, it can be 10 reps x 3 sets for each exercise to begin with.
