It’s been really refreshing seeing the trend encourage so many designers to share their work.

Here’s a mix of some stuff I’ve made over the past couple years for purpose driven brands.

Seeing the creativity, range of styles, and quality of ex*****on across the industry might be the best case study I could recommend brands pay attention to if you want proof that there’s no need to rush to ai.

Mixing it up a little bit for Earth Day 🌼

Been working more and more on personal art pieces lately. Playing with shapes and color. The final intent is to create a layered wood panel version to accompany this digital version.

Been yearning for a little more work with my hands vs always living in the screen. Even though this hasn’t made it to physical form just yet…the blueprint is here…the time will come and it will be glorious.

I figure Earth Day is a perfect time to mark the start of these new passion projects 🤘

Here’s some fun stuff that didn’t make it to final from a recent packaging project for Suet Co.

We had a lot of love for featuring the front label info in the big cow graphic - but ultimately decided the guitar strumming cow had more personality and recognition capability for customers.

Still get to share this stuff here so it’s really the best of both worlds. When Alan from Suet Co reached out he basically gave us the brief to just make something fun and cool. Best client ever. We had fun and made cool stuff - mission accomplished 🤘

When I started Planet People I simply wanted to make good work for good people that consider things like community and sustainability while operating their businesses.

Somehow that turned into sharing the process along that way - the sketches, the thinking, and all the messy things between the brief and the final design.

This year we worked with 25 amazing clients, building relationships and connecting over shared values.

We joined and our team grew. So now when I say “we” it’s for real. Either is drawing something rad or Emily is keeping us on track.

We hosted our first in person community hangout in Boston and traveled to CA, TX, and MD for projects.
