Heading to the BiomedAI conference next week at Nova Law School in Lisbon, where I will discuss, among other topics, the latest news on the litigation cases in the US involving Generative AI.

I also anticipate briefly touching upon the topic of my next law review article which will involve Generative AI and Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, which states that “no provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.”

Την επόμενη εβδομάδα θα βρίσκομε στο συνέδριο BiomedAI στη Νομική Σχολή Nova στη Λισαβόνα, όπου θα συζητήσω, μεταξύ άλλων θεμάτων, τα τελευταία νέα σχετικά με τις δικαστικές υποθέσεις στις ΗΠΑ που αφορούν την τεχνητή νοημοσύνη (Generative AI).

Θα θίξω επίσης, εν συντομία, το θέμα του επόμενου άρθρου μου που θα περιλαμβάνει την τεχνητή νοημοσύνη (Generative AI) και το Άρθρο 230 του Αμερικανικού Νόμου περί ευπρέπειας επικοινωνιών του 1996, ότι «κανένας πάροχος ή χρήστης μιας δια δραστικής υπηρεσίας υπολογιστή δεν θα αντιμετωπίζεται ως εκδότης ή ομιλητής οποιασδήποτε πληροφορίας παρέχεται από άλλο πάροχο πληροφοριών.»
