Victory Programs
Opening doors to hope, health and housing since 1975. Victory Programs believes that all people deserve care.
🇺🇸 Anchors Aweigh for Community Care! ⚓️
We are thrilled to welcome members of the U.S. Navy to Victory Programs as part of the historic Sail 250 celebrations in Boston! For Day 1 of this incredible two-day volunteer effort, these service members brought great energy, fun, and heart to our programs.
Two phenomenal teams of sailors rolled up their sleeves to give our outdoor spaces some much-needed love at two of our programs, New Victories and Chamblet. They weeded, raked, re-mulched, and planted gorgeous new flowers to brighten up the entryways, while clearing out overgrowth to plant beautiful, hardy new hostas and create peaceful, welcoming spaces.
At Victory Programs, we believe that true healing and dignity start with our environment. Having bright, clean, and beautifully cared-for outdoor spaces makes a world of difference for our clients as they focus on their health, recovery, and future.
We cannot thank these sailors enough for their hard work, incredible smiles, and dedicated service—both to our country and right here in our local community!
Check out the collage to see these amazing crews in action, and stay tuned for updates from Day 2 of their volunteer mission!

Supporter Spotlight: Building New Foundations
As we wrap up our fiscal year, we are thrilled to celebrate a massive milestone for the future of our programs! We want to share a huge thank you to the Center for Community Recovery Innovations (CCRI) at MassHousing for their incredible $200,000 pledge. This major investment goes directly toward the acquisition of our new family supportive living program in Brookline known as 16 Williams!
At Victory Programs, we know that true healing and lasting stability begin with a strong, supportive roof. This visionary funding from CCRI helps us expand that protective roof even further, creating a brand-new, dignified space where mothers and their children can safely transition, grow, and thrive together.
Thank you, CCRI and .housing, for your incredible partnership and for helping us lay the groundwork for a brighter future in FY27 and beyond!

Holding the Line for FY27: We Need Your Voice!
As we wrap up our fiscal year today, we are looking back with immense gratitude. Nearly 5,400 individuals and families across Greater Boston found safety, healing, and dignity through Victory Programs this year—and we couldn't have done it alone.
We believe lasting stability begins with a strong roof. ♥️ Today, we want to share a special thank you to our Years of Victory Society—an extraordinary group of over 600 individuals who have steadily supported our mission for 10 to over 30 years! Because of your long-term partnership, our red doors stay open, bringing housing, care, and dignity under one roof for neighbors in crisis.
“I support Victory Programs because you change and save lives every day. You give people a hand up and help them live and thrive, with dignity and respect.”
— John N. Affuso, Esq. (Society Member since 2001)
As we look ahead, we know challenges are on the horizon, from systemic disruptions to funding uncertainties. But we are not standing still. With your help, we are holding the line.
Whether you’ve been with us since 1993 or just joined our community this year, your perspective is critical to helping us navigate what comes next. Take our quick end-of-year survey: What matters most to you about our mission?
