Warm Up Boston is a small mutual aid collective that works to collect and distribute food, clothing, and other survival supplies to the unhoused community of Boston.

As winter is fast-approaching, they are hoping to collect enough winter supplies to keep our neighbors warm in the coming months and are looking for items like jackets, sweatpants, warm socks, thermal leggings and hand warmers, as well as sleeping bags, sleeping mats, blankets, and other winter camping gear. You can bring donations to the show where they'll be collected at the door. Warm Up Boston can also be found on Instagram at

Matt Hall began his juggling habit at the tender age of 27, after he purchased Charlie Dancey's Encyclopaedia of Ball Juggling and vowed to learn every trick in the book.

Known as the “Juggle Sensei”, he has garnered several awards, including the International Jugglers’ Association Individuals silver medal, the IJA Peoples’ Choice Award, IJA Individual Prop Champion, and IJA Bobby May Award. He has performed, taught workshops, and emceed all over the U.S., as well as in Scotland, England, Australia, Israel, Canada, The Netherlands, Mexico, Germany, New Zealand and Denmark. Matt went on tour with Cirque du Soleil’s Quidam show as a paid instructor. He headlined the 2015 Newcastle Juggling Festival in Australia and paid a third visit in 2018 to the Seattle Moisture Festival as a performer and emcee. Most recently, Matt served as emcee at the 2019 IJA Cascade of Stars, emcee and workshop instructor at the 2019 EJC in Britain, and emcee, performer, and workshops instructor at the 2020 New Zealand Juggling Festival. Matt is 52 years old and has also been a full-time high school Japanese teacher for 22 years.

The Flow Show Boston

The Flow Show is a stage show packed to the gills with talent, imagination, and great hand-eye coordination. The artists specialize in the Flow Arts, a range of movement disciplines that include everything from juggling to spinning poi, hula hoops, and levitating dancing wands. Object manipulation is blended with dance, creative movement, theater, and emotion to create a unique and inspirational show. Previous shows have delighted audiences in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago.
