Chef Avery challenged the Orange Hats to create a dish using three main ingredients, and they absolutely delivered! From Mediterranean chicken to chicken curry to smothered chicken, each student showcased their creativity and the culinary skills they’ve built over the past 13 weeks. Well done, Orange Hats!

Happy Juneteenth!
In honor for Juneteenth, Chef Avery & the orange Hats made a Juneteenth lunch rooted dishes that are quintessentially African American and it was a beautiful reminder of the intersectionality of food & culture.

Congratulations on a well-executed Capstone menu, EB Cohort 10! Let by Chef Gloria, Cohort 10 presented a three course menu with flavors from Latin America. All guest were amazing by the flavors and presentation. 👏
