The text in the first slide is an actual text I sent to trying to paint a picture of who I was and what the world was like when I discovered SOAD. That CD moved back and forth from my stereo to my disc-man for months and I’m sure I got in trouble for listening to it in class.

I find it delightfully strange to me that System of a Drag happens to fall 2 days before the 25th anniversary of this performance and ON the 2 year anniversary of my debut!
